Our Process
Every loaf of bread at Rise & Shine begins with our carefully maintained sourdough starter, which we've nurtured since day one. We use organic, locally-sourced flour and allow our dough to ferment naturally for 24-48 hours, developing complex flavors and improving digestibility.
Our croissants undergo a meticulous three-day process, involving multiple layers of French butter and precise temperature control to achieve their signature flakiness. We believe that great things take time, and we never compromise on quality.
